At Tower Medical Media, we pride ourselves on making the production process as easy on our clients and their partners as possible, and finding new and innovative ways to streamline that process while maintaining the highest quality audio and video captures.
That’s why we are proud to announce our newest initiative: Tower Breeze.
The Concept is Simple
Thousands of thought-leaders from all around the world will converge in one city for 4 to 5 days as part of every major medical convention to discuss innovations and developments in their specific area of medicine. Why not make the most of the time they have together? Tower Medical Media will have a fully functioning production studio set up within a few minutes of the convention center, so you can do just that, as easily and conveniently as possible.
We Will Have Two Independent Studio Set Ups Ready To Go.
The Solo
A single shot, one camera shoot with a teleprompter, a backdrop, all necessary lights, audio, and camera equipment, and all technicians and crew. We can dial in any color you like for the backdrop, or use a green screen to add in whatever background you choose. We can key in your branding or background on the spot, or it can be done in post-production: whichever you prefer.
The Team
A panel discussion style, three camera shoot with 2 to 3 participants, set design, confidence monitors and/or teleprompters, all necessary lights, audio, and camera equipment, and all technicians and crew. Hair and make-up and refreshments will also be on-site. (Staging will vary based on location.)
How it Will Work
Blocks will be reserved in advance in 2, 4, and 6 hour increments. (Longer amounts will be available upon request.) You show up at your allotted time with your faculty and your team, the studio is ready and waiting for you, and we get right into producing your content. No waiting around. No wasted time. No logistical headaches for you and your team. All you have to do is reserve your slot, secure your faculty, develop your content, and show up. We can even arrange for a car service to pick up the HCPs to bring them to the shoot, then drop them off back at their hotel or the convention center after.
Production costs would be based on the scope of your specific program, but they will be a fraction of what the costs for a production like this would typically be.
Additional Filming
Since we are already in town during the convention, you can also have us film testimonials and branding messages on the convention floor, man-on-the-street interviews with attendees and clients, or product theater and live CME events. We can put a customized package together for you to handle all of your media production needs.
